We specialize in Beet Sugar
Manufacturing Pant, which provides complete solution for making superior
quality of sugar. These machines are capable of performing evaporation,
crystallization and centrifugation process in a single unit. These plants
are highly fuel efficient and have a high output capability. Fabricated from
steel these plants are available in varying capacity as per the demand of
our valued customers.

The
basic difference in machinery as compared to cane sugar factory is that beet
requires washing, slicing and diffusion technique for extraction of juice as
against the leveller, fibrizer and milling in case of cane. Further
clarification process required for diffused beet juice is exclusively double
carbonation.
Evaporation, crystallisation and centrifugation operations are similar to
cane sugar factory and could be done with common machinery in case of dual
processing type factory.
Beet crop requires 5-6 months for maturity. The average sugar content 16-17
% with sugar recovery of 12.0 to 13.0%. The average yield is about 50
Tons/hectare.
The beet processing requires alternative fuel such as Bagasse, Coal, Oil,
Natural gas etc. The steam consumption of such factory is in the range of 35
to 36% with high pressure evaporation technique as beet juice contains very
little quantity of R.S.
